Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. We'll email a proof for approval before your decals are printed.
How long does it take to receive my proof?
Proofs are typically sent within 4-5 business days after your order is placed.
How long does production take after I approve my proof?
Once approved, your order is added to the print queue and is typically ready to ship within 3-4 business days.
Can I request changes to my proof?
Yes. You can request changes before approving it for print.
What size name decals should I choose?
Choose the size based on where you plan to place the decals on your RC car. Smaller sized work well with for tighter spaces, while larger sizes are better for side panels, wings, or areas where you want the name to stand out. The size option refers to the approximate width of the name decal.
Can I add my own icon or logo?
Yes. You can add your own icon or small logo for an additional $5 setup fee. Upload your artwork with your order, and we’ll make sure it works with your name decal layout before printing.
If we’ve used your icon before, enter your previous order number and we may be able to reuse the existing artwork.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
Yes, as long as we haven’t started production. You’ll also have a chance to review your proof before printing.
Will the colors on my screen match the printed decals exactly?
Screen colors can vary slightly. Your proof is for layout and design approval, and printed colors may look a little different depending on your screen.
How do I install my decals?
Apply decals to a clean, dry surface. Remove any dirt, dust, oil, tire treatment, or cleaning residue first. For best adhesion, wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely before applying. Press firmly over the entire decal, especially around the edges.
