This website is operated by Seriously Stickers. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seriously Stickers.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein (including our Refund Policy).
If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have consent from a guardian.
You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Section 2 – Custom Products & Proof Approval
All products are custom-made.
By placing an order, you agree:
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs
- Once approved, your order goes into production
- Changes cannot be made after approval
We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including:
- Spelling or grammar
- Layout or sizing
- Design placement
All custom orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 3 – Artwork, Copyright & Commercial Use
By submitting artwork, you confirm:
- You own the rights or have permission to use it
- It does not violate any copyrights or trademarks
You are fully responsible for submitted content.
Seriously Stickers is not liable for any legal issues related to customer-provided designs.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.
Section 4 – Print, Color & Size Tolerances
Due to the nature of printing and production, slight variations may occur.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept:
- Size tolerance: slight variations in cut size (typically within ±1/16" to ±1/8")
- Color tolerance: colors may vary between screens and printed products
- Material variance: finishes (gloss, matte, holographic, etc.) may slightly affect appearance
These are normal and not considered defects.
Section 5 – Production & Turnaround Times
Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
- Order volume
- Proof approval delays
- Equipment or material issues
- Shipping carrier delays
Seriously Stickers is not liable for delays once an order has been placed.
Section 6 – Products & Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Update pricing
- Modify or discontinue products
- Correct pricing errors (even after an order is placed)
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the order at our discretion.
We make every effort to display colors accurately but cannot guarantee screen accuracy.
Section 7 – Orders & Billing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
Orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms may be canceled.
Section 8 – General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of our service without written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, websites, or services.
Use them at your own risk.
