Refund & Replacement Policy

At Seriously Stickers, everything we make is custom—printed just for you. Because of that, please take a quick read through this policy before placing your order.

We offer a 30-day exchange/replacement window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to report an issue or request a replacement.


Custom Orders & Refunds

Since all orders are made to order, all sales are final once your proof is approved and your order enters production.

  • Orders canceled before proof approval and production = full refund ✔️
  • Orders that are approved and/or printed = no refunds

Proof Approval Policy

Before we print, you may receive a digital proof to review.

By approving your proof, you’re giving us the green light that everything looks good, including:

  • Spelling
  • Size
  • Colors
  • Layout

Once approved, your order goes straight into production.

👉 We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof, including:

  • Typos (we’ve all been there 😅)
  • Sizing or layout issues
  • Color differences between screen and print

Copyright & Commercial Use

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Seriously Stickers, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it
  • Your design does not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

👉 Basically: if you upload it, you’re responsible for it.

Seriously Stickers is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues related to customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on these rights.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives.

If something’s off—damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—reach out within 30 days at:

We’ll take a look and make it right 👍
(We may ask for photos so we can see what’s going on.)


Exchanges / Replacements

We’ll happily replace orders if there was:

  • A production error
  • A defect
  • The wrong item sent

We can’t replace orders for:

  • Customer design errors
  • Approved proof mistakes
  • Minor color variations (screens vs. real life can be a little dramatic)

Returns

Because everything is custom, we don’t accept returns.

Also—please don’t send items back without contacting us first. We won’t be able to accept them.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for orders canceled before production.

If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method.
(Heads up—banks can take a few days to process it.)
